If for any reason you are not satisfied with your casket, we will work with you to make it right.

You may exchange your casket for another model only before the casket has left for delivery.

You may choose to cancel your order at any time.

Returns or Cancelled orders after the casket has been shipped will result in a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of delivery expenses.

Orders on hold that are cancelled are still subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed once the casket is returned without damage.
